I had an outstanding experience at JWS Bespoke. Sunita was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, making the entire suit fitting and buying process a breeze. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and ensured everything was perfect. The quality of the suit is amazing—attention to detail, fine craftsmanship, and a perfect fit. I couldn't be happier with the service and the final product. Highly recommend JWS Bespoke for anyone looking for top-notch suit!

A flawed process, bad customer service, and inferior product. I have bought suits all over the city. From Strellson, to Tom's, to Harry Rosen and small boutiques. This is not the place you want to shop. I purchased 4 suits and 6 shirts. I've never had such a bad product or customer experience. They have a process where they measure you, send it off to China and cross their fingers. They were not ready on the date they said they would be. When it was ready, they refuse to stand by the product when the fit isn't correct. I had the suits come back with different lengths of pants. They decided not to put a cuff on one where I had requested it. Each of the croches were way too high. They did not call me when they said they would to respond to the issues. Finally they responded via text, and tried to charge me for fixing what they couldn't get correct the first time. This is just not suits should be made. Some things have been done for hundreds of years, a certain way, for good reason. The fact is, with suits, you need a tailor on site to adjust the suit as it is on you to see how it fits. They do NOT have an on site tailor. Once your order is made, it is what it is, regardless of how it fits. Aside from this the quality is highly questionable with cheap materials and craftsmanship. I already had a button fall off. Buyer beware.

Had a custom tux created for my wedding. The process was pleasant and the suit was very high quality. I had the opportunity to deal with multiple employees and their customer service was outstanding. I can definitely recommend, thank you JWS.

If zero were a review I’d give it. Ordered a suit for my son’s prom 3 weeks ago. Told it would take a couple of weeks. Come the day after they told us it would in ( a week later than original). Get to store no suit. Won’t be in for another 4 days. Prom in 5. Now scrambling to buy a new suit. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I ordered my suit May 3rd, I was told it would be ready the week of the 12th but then it got pushed back to 19th and then finally the 23rd. I went on the 24th to pick up my suit after getting a text message confirmation it was there only to not have my suit and be told it wouldn't be in until Tuesday (the day before my prom). I'm 90% sure my suit was never even ordered and it was only ordered when I went in to pick it up. Absolutely unreal and not a good experience. I wouldn't recommend coming here for any occasion, very unorganized
