Picture Us Photo & Video Experiences

We booked Picture Us for our wedding in September and it was the best decision we made. Cyndee was a great communicator from the start and answered all my questions in a timely manner. During the planning process I changed my mind so many times in terms of the design, run time and schedule and Cyndee was so flexible and accommodating of all the changes I made. On the day of the wedding we had Ray and Sabrina running the booth and the guests absolutely loved them. The mirror is absolutely beautiful and there are so many great props to chose from. The photobooth was run so smoothly, people were able to get their pictures taken as many times as they wanted and everyone loved being able to send themselves a digital copy. We had our guestbook done by Picture Us and it was a great way to have everyone participate in an organized way and the pictures are great to look back on. Finally, we also rented the floral LOVE letters from Picture Us and everyone could not stop talking about how beautiful they were. It was a frequent spot for photo ops! We can't thank Cyndee, Ray, Sabrina and the whole Picture Us team for helping make our wedding day so incredible.

We approached this company’s booth at a recent wedding expo genuinely interested in their photo booth services, but the energy? Cold, unwelcoming, and frankly unprofessional. One of the staff members just stared at us like we were inconveniencing her by existing. We weren’t even there for a photo at first — we wanted information and pricing for our wedding. Instead, we got attitude. She eventually asked, “So… do you want a photo?” in the most uninterested tone imaginable. We awkwardly said yes, took the photo (which turned out cute), and she offered us each a copy. There were six of us — we said sure, not realizing we were about to get judged for accepting something she offered. As they printed, we got full-on side-eyes and dirty looks from the rest of the staff. To make matters worse, one of my sisters overheard a worker say, “They seriously wanted six copies? They’re using us.” Excuse me? That was the final red flag. I also had to pull teeth just to get basic info about pricing — short, dismissive responses and zero effort to explain packages, despite them having five staff members and no one else at the booth. We walked away feeling judged, talked about, and completely uninterested in working with them further. You’d think at a wedding expo — where couples are literally shopping for vendors — they’d bring a bit more warmth and professionalism. Needless to say, we went with another company at the expo.

We booked the glam booth for our wedding in September and it was the BEST decision! Cyndee was absolutely fantastic to work with, very fun and personable. The attendants were incredible with our guests and the photos turned out amazing (best quality I’ve seen for a photobooth!)the prop selection was fantastic and super fun. I’ve recommended them since and would recommend them to anyone looking to book a photobooth in the future! Thank you guys for making our wedding day so fun!

We had the best experience with Picture Us at our wedding! The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guests. The instant photo prints were such a great takeaway for our guests too! Cyndee was very attentive and thorough throughout the entire planning process as well! Book them!

Picture Us and their amazing photo mirror was, hands down, the hit of our wedding. Our guests couldn't get enough! The props were so fun and the team had great energy. The mirror they use as their photo booth is super unique and we got so many compliments on it. The photos are very high quality, and they designed our backdrop to match our wedding theme perfectly! We had a great time with them and would highly recommend them for any event!
