2 weeks agoWe worked with Bingemans Catering for our wedding in October 2024 in Guelph. Our venue and vision for the reception were a bit nontraditional but the team at Bingemans really stepped up to make sure that everything ran really smoothly and that the menu reflected how much we care about delicious and creative food. We had amazing feedback on the food from our guests as well as on the professionalism of the team from the venue and other vendors.

2 months agoThis venue is beautiful. This will be the second event I have attended at this venue. To the owners, please investigate the event that took place on the 2nd of November 2024. The manager acted unprofessional and was racist. She treated guests with disrespect and allowed her emotions to get the best of her. The situation could have been handled better. Having this type of person in an organization will give the establishment a bad reputation.

2 months agoWe had a terrible experience at this hall a few days ago. An incident happened during the party and the staff/supervisor left us outside in the cold for hours. The staff and supervisors behavior was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. Please do your investigation properly before booking the venue or avoid it completely.

2 months agoWe had a terrible experience at the banquet hall. The staff were horrible. The staff Distrupted the party unnecessarily and kept the guests outside in the cold for over an hour. Book at your risk.
