Bedhead Boudoir

A friend recommended Krysten to me, and I kept putting it off because I was waiting until I felt “ready.” I finally decided to just do it, and I am SO glad I did. It was such a fun and empowering experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do it with. From the moment I walked in, Krysten made me feel so comfortable and confident. I honestly felt like I had known her for so long. She walked me through everything, made me feel completely at ease, and made the entire experience so much fun. I originally booked the shoot as an engagement gift for my fiancé, but I left feeling empowered and realizing that I was doing it for myself just as much as I was doing it for him. It was such an amazing feeling to step outside of my comfort zone and do something just for me. If you have been thinking about booking a shoot but keep waiting until you feel “ready,” just do it. You will be so glad you did!

I first met Krysten at a bridal show a year or so before I decided to give it a try. From the moment I met her she was so incredibly welcoming and encouraging. Krysten was so responsive to any questions or worries I had in advance of the shoot. Krysten took the time to meet with me one-on-one a few weeks before my shoot to ensure that I was comfortable and to hype me up. The day of the shoot was so incredibly fun and I still reflect back on it with a big smile. I felt totally safe and excited throughout the whole experience. Emma of Makeup by McLeod made me feel so beautiful right from the start. I felt so honoured to have my glam done by her. Emma and Krysten are a dream team! As the shoot commenced, Krysten provided incredible direction and checked in with me throughout - it made me feel so safe. The outfits she picked out were also so beautiful! I've never felt so empowered and beautiful in my own skin. This was truly a life changing experience and I encourage every woman who is on the fence to take the leap with Bedhead Boudoir!

This was one of the most fun experiences I have ever done. Obviously, I felt a bit nervous before the shoot since it was my first one, but as soon as I walked into the studio, Krysten was so kind and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable right away and created such a fun, positive, and empowering environment throughout the entire experience. I really appreciated how she guided me through everything and helped me feel confident in front of the camera. What could have been an intimidating experience quickly became something I genuinely enjoyed and will remember forever! I would highly recommend investing in this experience for yourself and just having fun with it. You deserve to celebrate yourself. I can't wait until the next shoot!
