I had the most incredible experience today with Krysten at Bedhead Boudoir This is something I never imagined myself doing, and I went in feeling pretty nervous, but from the moment I walked in, Krysten made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and supported. She has such a warm, empowering energy that instantly puts you at ease. Throughout the entire session, she guided me with so much encouragement and kindness. She made me feel confident, beautiful, and honestly… a little dazzling. What felt intimidating at first quickly turned into something exciting, fun, and truly empowering. If you’ve ever considered doing a boudoir session but feel unsure, this is your sign. Krysten creates such a safe space to step outside your comfort zone and see yourself in a whole new light. The entire process from makeup, chatting and laughs, to photos was thoughtfully guided, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy every second. What I expected to feel nerve-wracking turned into something incredibly uplifting. Krysten created such a supportive and encouraging environment, helping me step out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. She paid attention to every detail, from posing to lighting and made me feel confident, beautiful, and strong throughout the entire shoot. This experience meant so much more to me than just photos. It was about self-love, confidence, and capturing a moment in time that I’ll always cherish. Creating this album for my fiancé as a wedding gift made it even more special, and I know it’s something we’ll both treasure forever. I met Krysten at the Wedding Ring Expo, where we had a quick chat about what she offers. I had friends who had done boudoir shoots before and absolutely loved both the experience and the results, so I was already intrigued. Krysten had such a great energy and was clearly passionate about what she does—it immediately felt like a great fit! After the expo, I still had a few questions, and Krysten set up a Zoom call to walk me through everything, including what to expect during the session. The entire booking and administrative process was seamless and easy, which made everything feel stress-free from the start. I took a leap of faith and I decided to upgrade and book the Lush Session—and I’m so glad I did! When the day came, I would highly recommend opting for extra shoot time. It goes by so quickly, and there are so many outfits and add-ons to explore. Emma did an incredible job with my hair and makeup—I felt absolutely gorgeous. We had such a fun time getting glammed up and getting to know each other, which really helped me feel comfortable. I didn’t expect the experience to boost my confidence as much as it did. It’s surprisingly raw and emotional in the best way. Don’t get me wrong—it was so much fun, and it really pushed me out of my comfort zone! We were able to capture some stunning photos. The photo review and album selection process was just as smooth as everything else. It was well-organized, supportive, and made choosing my images feel really special rather than overwhelming. I’m sure the final album will turn out beautifully and is definitely a meaningful keepsake. I highly recommend doing a boudoir shoot at least once in your life, and if you’re lucky it could be with Krysten & Emma! They are wickedly talented, funny, caring and passionate! I’m already convinced I’ll be back to do it again someday! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! ☺️

What a truly amazing experience it was to final have this photoshoot done after wanting it for so long! First of all, Krysten was so welcoming from the moment she opened the door, to the moment I left! I started with getting my makeup done by her very talented makeup artist & that was a treat in itself because I cannot do makeup for the life of me Then it was onto the photoshoot! Kyrsten was so much fun throughout the process, making me laugh & smile but also hyping me up & telling me how good the pose looked or how good I looked. Not only is she extremely talented at what she does, from getting down on the floor with you to show you how to do the pose, to her absolutely stunning photos, but she is also very personable while doing it. Never making you feel uncomfortable in anyway and always encouraging you! 12/10 would definitely recommend bedhead boudoir to everyone! Not only for the beautiful photos you’ll get back but for the experience Krysten provides as well 💛

I am so happy with the whole experience with Krysten, right from the first time I found her Instagram page. I've thought about doing a boudoir shoot for many years, but always felt like it wasn't for me. I didn't look like the kind of person who does that... but Krysten showcases women of all shapes and sizes and that was not something I'd seen with other photographers. Her posts made me feel more comfortable before I even booked. She gives you so much information on getting comfortable and what to expect, there were no scary surprises the day of. I loved that everything is included - hair, makeup, wardrobe. I thought for sure the shoot would feel awkward, but it really didn't. I felt very comfortable and excited the whole time! I absolutely love the pictures, and I'm amazed that it's me... There are so few pictures of me that I have ever really liked, but these make me feel so much better about myself and my body. If you have any doubts about booking - just do it. You will not regret it.
