a week agoChris was our limo driver for our wedding. He was friendly, patient and prepared for the day. He reached out before hand to introduce him self and make sure he had the route and addresses confirmed which was amazing so I knew there would be zero stress on transportation. The bus was clean and looked just like the pictures I was sent. Chris did a thorough walk of the bus afterwords to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, thankfully as there was a set of keys left behind. All around, great service, Chris was awesome!

2 months agoBest party bus we have been on. We had a 25-30 passenger bus and our wedding party was pleased with the service, especially from our bus driver Chris. He was very communicative with me leading up to our wedding day and made sure we were taken care of. Chris provided lots of water bottles, and ice for us. Very pleasant, highly recommend this company and Chris as your driver!

4 months agoWe had a great experience with A Universal! Before booking, they offered a visit to see the limo bus, and were quick at responding to emails and calls with questions. The day of our booking was great too. We had Richard as a driver, who went above and beyond, even taking pictures for us and sending them to us the next day. He contacted us before the day to make sure we had his contact information, and was very flexible the day of the booking, even when our itinerary of a brewery tour went a little off schedule.
