I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one. I booked the limousine service with a bit of hesitation (who isn’t when it comes to luxury services?), but from the very first contact, everything was flawless. They replied instantly, were flexible with my schedule changes, and gave honest advice without trying to upsell me. Clear and punctual confirmation. The driver arrived 15 minutes early. He sent a polite message, was immaculately dressed, and the vehicle was spotless. He opened the door with a genuine smile – not the usual forced courtesy. The limousine was pristine, with chilled water, a pleasant (not overpowering) air freshener, music to my liking, and smooth, professional, safe driving. The driver knew the route perfectly and drove very courteously in traffic. He offered me a phone charger, adjusted the temperature without me asking, and even recommended a great place for dinner. You could tell he loves his job. For everything included, I found it fair. It’s not cheap, but you clearly see why. No hidden fees or surprises at the end. If you want a limousine service where the luxury isn’t just the car – it’s the entire experience – this is the company to call. I will definitely book them again without hesitation.

We had such an amazing experience with this limo company for my daughter’s 21st birthday! From start to finish, Tom and Sarah were incredibly professional, easy to work with, and so accommodating to all of our requests. A Universal Limousine is by far the best limo company I have ever used. I have used numerous limousine companies over the years and this past Thursday, March 26th, I hired A Universal Limousine for my granddaughters birthday. Accordingly, they had provided a 10 star service. From the initial booking of the service with Sarah, to the driver that handled the job, Fernando, they went far and beyond my expectations! Hello Josh, Thank you Josh so much for making my day special , I think that you noticed that I was very nervous since my mom couldn't come with my brothers and I for my special day.
