A Universal Limousine and Party Bus

Best party bus we have been on. We had a 25-30 passenger bus and our wedding party was pleased with the service, especially from our bus driver Chris. He was very communicative with me leading up to our wedding day and made sure we were taken care of. Chris provided lots of water bottles, and ice for us. Very pleasant, highly recommend this company and Chris as your driver!

Amazing experience using this service. Patrick drove us to and from and concert last week and made the trip enjoyable for everyone. Stayed in constant communication with us before and during the event, showed up on time and was ready to go when the event ended.

We had a great experience with A Universal! Before booking, they offered a visit to see the limo bus, and were quick at responding to emails and calls with questions. The day of our booking was great too. We had Richard as a driver, who went above and beyond, even taking pictures for us and sending them to us the next day. He contacted us before the day to make sure we had his contact information, and was very flexible the day of the booking, even when our itinerary of a brewery tour went a little off schedule. We had an amazing experience from start to finish with this company for our Grade 8 Grad celebration. Sarah was professional, prompt, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire booking process. We rented the 16-passenger limo bus, and one of the highlights of the evening was our driver, Brian. He truly made the night memorable. Brian was kind, courteous, professional, well-dressed, and fantastic with the kids. He arrived early, had water ready for everyone, helped the students connect their music, and even contacted me a few days beforehand to go over all the details to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was also very accommodating and flexible throughout the night of the event, which was greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and genuine care made the evening stress-free and enjoyable for everyone involved. The limousine was pristine, with chilled water, a pleasant (not overpowering) air freshener, music to my liking, and smooth, professional, safe driving. The driver knew the route perfectly and drove very courteously in traffic. He offered me a phone charger, adjusted the temperature without me asking, and even recommended a great place for dinner. You could tell he loves his job. For everything included, I found it fair. It’s not cheap, but you clearly see why. No hidden fees or surprises at the end.
