Our hands-on coordination begins 8-10 weeks before the wedding day, our work begins long before your beautiful wedding happens. Your Emberhouse experience starts the day you book. From that point on, we’re here to provide professional guidance, answer questions, share planning resources, and help you feel confident knowing someone is in your corner as your wedding day approaches.

Do you only start working with us a few weeks before the wedding?
No. While our full coordination work begins approximately 8 to 10 weeks before your wedding, your Emberhouse experience starts the day you inquire. Once your date is reserved, we're available as a trusted resource throughout your planning journey. As your wedding approaches, we'll become increasingly involved with your timeline, vendor communication, venue logistics, rehearsal, and final details.
Will you communicate with our vendors?
Yes. Vendor coordination is a key part of our service. As your wedding approaches, we'll communicate with your vendor team, make sure everyone has the information they need, and become the primary point of contact on the wedding day.
Will you set up our personal décor?
Yes. Full-day wedding coordination includes setup and teardown of your personal décor items, as well as coordination of venue setup and transitions. We'll work from your plans and instructions so your details are intentionally placed and ready for you and your guests.
How many coordinators will be there on our wedding day?
Your wedding day team includes one lead coordinator and one assistant coordinator, allowing us to manage the moving pieces of the day while maintaining a calm, attentive presence.
