Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort

Very good experience, went with my entire family and we all had a very good time, It is a very good family resort. The staff here is amazing and very friendly, and the entertainment team was even better, everyone on the entertainment team was funny, and would interact with everyone on the beach, making the resort very memorable. They have so many activities at the pools and the beach and you will never get bored, for example one day they had a Hollywood play by the pool with the entertainment team, and another day they had a giant connect 4 basketball game. I would not recommend reading the bad reviews, because it was nothing like the reviews that I read myself. I only ended up going to one show, which was the circus and that was very entertaining, with many different acts. The entertainment team is very hard working and work long days from morning until past 10 pm. The restaurant experience was good as well, the two restaurants I would recommend the most are the Japanese restaurant and Route 66. The beach was very nice and I did not step on any rocks going in the water at all, and they have nice shallow pools, where most of the pool activities happen, as well as deeper pools for people who just want to go for a swim. If you are an animal lover you would probably love this resort too. There are many geese and ducks walking around the resort, as well as peacocks, cats and the odd time there was very friendly stray dogs on the beach. The waterslides were also fun for the family and would be a good activity to go to during your trip. Overall, this was a really good experience and I would for sure go again.

Friendly staff, great location with good facilities. Lots of negative reviews online which do not do the hotel any justice. The hotel workers work tirelessly and are extremely friendly and attentive. The animation team are great, the hotel has lots of activities throughout the day.

We stayed in room 1905 for 2 weeks in January 2025.We read some quite uncomplimentary reviews before we travelled but found nearly all to be unfounded. Our room was great,the hotel layout was good,entertainment good quality and the gardens beautifully kept. The only reviews I cannot disagree with are the ones with reference to the buffet restaurants.I accept that they're bound be busy at breakfast and dinner but the lack of crockery/cutlery did detract from a good experience. Having said that the choice and quality of food was excellent but generally cold. Our holiday was fantastic value.All staff we encountered were fantastic. Want to specially mention our maid Mary.She was excellent,looked after us in a very friendly manner but was professional with it..she made our holiday special.

The spa is my favourite place to go besides the sandy beach and pools. I have received attentive and skilled treatments at the spa by Cristina. She took her time to complete my pedicure and was very polite and informative. Highly recommend taking some time from the poolside or beach to do some self care. Will come back before the end of my trip!

Amazing Stay at Grand Sirenis! I had a fantastic stay at Grand Sirenis! The service was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. A huge thank you to Sergio Alexander for his excellent service and great attitude—he truly made my stay even better! The resort is stunning, with beautiful pools, a breathtaking beach, and delicious food. The atmosphere is both relaxing and fun. Overall, an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend Grand Sirenis and can't wait to return!
