a week agoIt was a wonderful experience. I have no complaints. People were nice, food was good, enjoyed my stay very very much. Entertainment was great! Jackson and Joker are the best! Beach and pool partyβs were fun to watch!

2 weeks agoThis is the second time we have been here and we love it. The animation team are wonderful and make all the kids so happy. The staff are really helpful and kind. We got engaged here in 2022 and had a romantic meal on the beach. We have returned for our honeymoon with our children as itβs so special to us. The beach is beautiful and the whole resort is really clean. The onsite water park adds another dimension and you can go as many days as you like. My children love it here too. We will be back.

in the last weekWe stayed here from December 8 to 15 2024. Rooms: we had a family suite. To be honest it worked well for us, big room, only downside maybe was 1 bathroom. Maid service was good, clean every day. Pools: The pool with the bar is great, be kind there's lots of people so you won't get served immediately, however, the staff were friendly and great. The pool does get extremely deep so not the greatest for smaller kids but bring life jackets or floaties and you'll be good. Beach: Was clean and great, tons of chairs never an issue getting any, the waves are the best part!! Service: we had 0 problems, the people are lovely and helpful. Please be kind and tip!! You'll have no issues. Food: We never had any problems, the buffets had a variety of foods that everyone could eat. The Japanese restaurant was amazing! Vacations are what you make of them. We enjoyed our stay. There are things that could be improved upon but it wasn't make or break for us.

in the last weekMy family and I had a great experience! Beach was so nice! Clean white sand! Perfect for long walks! Pools were nice! Staff were great! Loved Mary and the housekeeping staff and Mayra @ the buffet! Kids loved Super Sonic! Food was really good! Large resort great to move about! Enjoyed the Waterpark! Went mid December cost was less and not overly crowded! Highly recommend!

in the last weekThis was truly the worst resort experience Iβve ever had and I am writing this from my hotel room counting down the minutes till I fly home tomorrow. To start with the positives, the room was gorgeous and the staff was nice for the most part. But letβs get down to all the million issues this resort had. First off, I have no idea why the ppl before have said the food was great, but itβs beyond awful. My boyfriend and I tried the Brazilian, Italian, and steakhouse and left each place early with how awful the food was. Even the food bar options for were cold and hard and the service took forever yet the restaurants were practically empty. The part that had me the most upset was that we were called at 8am to inform that we had a βfree giftβ and the concierge (Alejandra) lied to us saying it was an exclusive free lunch when it was a timeshare scam. When we were taken to the βexclusiveβ restaurant, we were told on the way there that thereβs a 90 minute tour/presentation after the lunch. The sales person Luis basically held us hostage for half an hour (no food at this point) cracking down membership prices asking for $2k up front like it was just a penny. We even stopped him halfway through saying we werenβt aware this was a membership timeshare incentive and he still made us stay. Those were the two big issues but besides that, no housekeeping until we had to call and ask on day 3 (sign asking for it was put out on the door each morning but no one ever came), bees & wasps EVERYWHERE, pool towels were always impossible to get, no hot water/water pressure for 7 hours and they continuously kept transferring me to different departments to not do a single thing to accommodate, the decorative pillows in the room smelled horrible, and we missed an excursion because this hotel has a specific meeting point for all outside excursions that wasnβt informed of at check in. Also if you book through a third party, they literally treat you like youβre less than. No way in hiding it because the yellow bracelet they give you basically labels you as that. Overall I would not recommend this resort to anyone and I gave the hotel many opportunities to make these situations right and they did not make any efforts to aid in customer satisfaction.
