in the last weekThank you: The staff at the bars, VIP pool areas, and lobby bar provided excellent service. I'm proud of everything they do to make our stay at our hotel so enjoyable. The entertainment staff, especially Miguel and Jackson, were top-notch.

in the last weekCheck in takes an hour. Dirty bathroom. Bathroom in serious need of repair. Drywall ceiling terrible. Toilet top filthy. No exhaust fan. Holes in grout. Access panel on ceiling falling off. Hair dryer doesn't work. Lock on 1st floor patio held on by 2 screws. Restaurants hit or miss. We were satisfied with 2. Others you couldn't get into, closed. Also half didn't have AC. Waitstaff was all nice and helpful. Do not disturb sign not respected. I had one housekeeper just walk in on me in bed. Other times they would come in and turn on lamps and that's it. They also love to scream to each other down hallways and across courtyards at all times of morning, day, and eve. Don't believe it's 5 star hotel....far from it.

in the last weekEl hotel estupendo. Lleno de restaurantes, actividades, naturaleza. El personal muy amable y servicial. La pena que el agua del mar está con algas, pero las piscinas y las instalaciones están muy bien
