I ordered an arrangement for my Sister and it turned out lovely! I'm happy with the choices Heather made to make the arrangement full and colourful. I don't live close to Wyoming so this was all done online and over the phone. I asked for a photo of the finished arrangement and Heather gladly provided me with one. She was very helpful with my requests. The arrangement I ordered is called the Invigorate on their web site. I ordered the deluxe version. They're beautiful and I hope they last my sister a long time. Thanks so much!

I have been a customer of Heather's since she opened her doors. I have ordered many different flower arrangements and custom wreaths for various occasions, including a memorial for my late son. She is an understanding, empathetic, crazy -talented designer. Her flowers are always best quality and in line with my wishes. Her designs are innovative and stunning. I would recommend May's Florals and Events for any momentous occasions in your life. You won't be disappointed.

I am giving one star for my initial contact with Heather via telephone. She phoned me after I booked this via the bridal expo. She provided me a quote via telephone of what I was wanting for our wedding in June this year. She had told me before hanging up she would send me an email with a mood board, and the quote breakdown that evening, she was just running to Costco. This I was understanding of and it was no problem. Later that night, still nothing provided. So I decided to wait until the following day, as Friday was a working business day. Still nothing, I had emailed her with some changes and ideas for her to review, and still no response. I contacted her via text and asked for an update Saturday, She then replied ‘ I haven’t had a chance to get back to you. I promise I am doing emails tonight and get right back to you.’ I received nothing - response was given on Sunday evening 9:30pm. At this point I was turned off by the communication and decided to wait a few days to decide what I was going to do. I emailed to knowledge that I received her information, and I was turned off a bit by the communication she provided and would like some time to just think about it, and would get back to her. She then proceeded to tell me she is sorry to hear we aren’t working together and disregarded the fact I noted I would touch base if I didn’t want to proceed. (Quick responses back here when she’s declining services) - then proceeded to tell me ‘ I am declining your wedding booking request and the quote is no longer valid’ I guess my intuition about her was correct, she has bad customer service skills, makes promises she cannot follow through with, and is not someone I would ever suggest working with. Beware if you’re planning a wedding and you know how important communication is, this is lacking, and the customer service as noted above is terrible and unprofessional.

Hands down the BEST flower shop I have ever dealt with plus she’s an animal lover and donates to animals so that makes me love this business even more!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Great flower arrangements, and I couldn't argue with the pricing. Got a lovely rose bouquet for my husband on our anniversary. Service was great, and super-friendly too!
