3 weeks agoWe hosted our wedding at The Retro Suites, and the management and staff were absolutely incredible from day one. They were incredibly accommodating and guided us through every step of the planning process. Our reception was held in the Derby Room, where the food and drinks were top notch. From the fantastic bartenders to every staff member we encountered, the whole team worked together to make the night absolutely perfect for us. We also stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the entire experience was flawless. We wouldn’t have changed a single thing!

3 weeks agoI stayed at the Soho room last weekend with a bridal party and was shocked at the charge rate of 300$ and something per night. When walking in, it stunk a noxious fume of vinegar or something, so bad we had to air out the place because it was giving people headaches. I went to grab a drink and the mugs weren’t clean (see picture). The wine glasses had watermarks all over them (see picture) & the shower was a death trap! When the shower was running, water had followed a crack and ran out of the enclosed area where i almost slipped (see pictures). For 300$ i’m expecting cleaner, safer & better facilities. Oh, also to top it off they charged the room wrong where they put at extra 20$. they took it off but it was seen, the room would have even been more! Not worth it - this is just a 125$ room with expensive decor.

4 weeks agoSuch a lovely and unique hotel. But light sleepers beware of thin walls! You'll hear them snoring the next room over all night long ;( definitely defeats the point of getting a hotel to sleep in.
