a week agoThis is a unique hotel with themed rooms. Kinda weird but ok. Room was elegantly themed. Bed was super comfy. Very clean and courteous staff. Definitely staying again.

a week agoThe retro suites are quite unique with each room having a different theme. I stayed in the easy rider room with a motorcycle theme it had an old motorcycle hanging from the ceiling and another small one over top of the cupboards

a week agoJust spent a night at this hotel this weekend for a romantic get away and was hardly swept away. When you pay 400$ a night for a hotel you expect to get what you pay for. I even paid extra for their love package mostly because we wanted late check-out, and online late check-out is described as 2pm checkout. The flower, strawberries and tiny, unwearable robes were just cute. The lady at check in was quick and super nice but said nothing about our check out time, only what time breakfast would be served in the morning. We got the cowboy room, which I guess is on me for not calling to ask what room we would get. It was the least romantic or cute room I could imagine but we laughed it off. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. Other than that, meh. The balcony looks out onto a sketchy, eyesore of a parking lot. The king bed was hard as a rock and the comforter was as thin as a sheet. Pillows were cheep and flat. We called for more and had to wait an hour to get them. The sheets felt like sandpaper. Both my husband and I slept like crap. The party going on downstairs vibrated the bed and you could hear every word of every song. The next day as we were trying to catch up on sleep and enjoy ourselves, housekeeping let themselves in to our room at 1130 despite the do not disturbed sign and the late check out. I called the front desk to to check and make sure they had us down as late check-out, that I paid extra for, and was rudely told we had till noon to leave. We quickly packed up and went down to ask how the time changed from 2pm and why housekeeping would come in anyway if we had till noon. The rude clerk said nothing to apologize for the violating, intrusion and deadpan asked if I'd like to pay for 2pm checkout. Great customer service. The art in the building is the only cool thing about this hotel but doesn't even close to make up for the lame room, crap service and lack of amenities. We won't be back. 4 star hotel is a joke.
