Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort

I liked it because the entertainment takes into account both adults and children, thank you Nathaly for thinking of the little ones.

Excellent service, everyone was very friendly

The resort is very beautiful. The beach is good. The pool is excellent and caters to all tastes. There are many bars with ready-made cocktail drinks without any preparation, and depending on your nationality, it's a total letdown. The staff is generally attentive. There is practically no nighttime entertainment. The food is reasonable and doesn't always have a great variety. The room where we stayed was very comfortable and very pleasant. The room cleaning was also very good. There is often a huge queue to get a table at the buffet. Absolute disorganization of the staff in managing, clearing, and setting the tables. The attendants seem to drag themselves along out of sheer laziness or dissatisfaction with what they are doing. To get a slightly better service, it was clear that it was necessary to tip for a product that was already well paid for to enjoy the package that was offered. I certainly wouldn't go back.

Overall, a good place. Great atmosphere and lots of live music.
