in the last weekThe resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and that's honestly what stood out to me the most. The grounds were well kept, the beach was gorgeous, and there was always something going on. If you're someone who likes entertainment, music, and having activities throughout the day, you definitely won't be bored. The food was decent, but it wasn't a highlight of the trip for me. I found things I liked, but I wasn't blown away by any of the restaurants. The hibachi was the best. My biggest complaint was the customer service. The bartenders were great and were some of the friendliest people I interacted with during my stay. Outside of that, a lot of the staff seemed indifferent and not very welcoming. It wasn't enough to ruin my vacation, but it definitely stood out, especially when you're staying at an all-inclusive resort and expect a more warm and friendly experience. That said, I still had a great time. The resort is beautiful, the entertainment was fun, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy myself. I would come back for the vibe, the beach, and the overall experience, but I do think the service and food could use some improvement.

in the last weekAmazing environment and atmosphere!! Staff and services was amazing! Super friendly and welcoming. Our concierge was super helpful and made sure we were good daily. Rooms here are really nice and modern. The lobby bar was super nice and semi out in the open with plenty of room and space, I really liked it. The beach was really nice here too!!! It had rained a bit one of the days so the sand stirred up a bit in the water and dulled the normal colors of the sea but man the water color here is amazing. The entertainment and staff here are truly amazing, especially at the party pool with the DJ, such a blast! The shows at night were good too, but the seating was great because it was in the open with plenty of good spots. Definitely visit
