in the last weekBeautiful resort. Butler Griselda was awesome. Staff was friendly. Room service was cold. Two restaurants ran out of food before they closed and told me to come back tomorrow. Room is very outdated. Hot tub was damaged. Couldn't call to other rooms which I wanted to do since it was 17 of us. Water never got hot. Outlet cover came off when I tried to use it. Refrigerator cabinet door dragging on the floor. Waited 57 minutes for a steak at Strip Grill. xHale Club is definitely not worth it. I am still waiting for my hotel receipt. The original charge did not match my credit card. Please stay somewhere else. I made the best of it but it's not worth it. I completed the survey and they responded back saying we will do better next time.

in the last weekThis has truly been the worst stay of my life, please do not come here. 4/8 of my family have gotten FOOD POISONING, the workers are RUDE, will FLIRT with you, and they will ID you even though it’s an 18+ resort. I was not provided cleaning for my room for 2 days, was told i’m only allowed 1 shot by bartenders, and was told to say very vulgar things by a worker. Please do not waste your money on coming here, this resort has terrible service and staff and is absolutely disgusting. My family booked VIP and we were treated worse than guests that booked a normal stay.
