The Eddie Hotel & Farm

We had our wedding at The Eddie in September last year and truly couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Alex, Mike and Sandra were professional, easygoing, accommodating, fun and an overall pleasure to work with. We really appreciate how well they worked with our other vendors to ensure a smooth weekend. Our guests loved exploring the expanse of the property and we were so happy with the setup of everything, especially our ceremony on the games lawn (next to the barn). We happened to be blessed with absolutely perfect weather that weekend, however we were perfectly content leading up to the day with the knowledge that the rain-plan in the sheep shed would have been just as beautiful and romantic. The brunch the next day was also FANTASTIC, we're so glad we opted to do that. Having the main house and cabins available for our friends and family to book was also helpful, and they loved their stay. Having Ruby around, the sweetest dog, was also a real treat :) Choosing The Eddie was the first big decision we made for our wedding (we actually scouted it before we were engaged), and it did not let us down. The team worked hard to give us the most wonderful weekend and I can't say enough good things about our experience. We recommend this venue to everyone!

Dom and I got married at the Eddie this year in August! We fell in love with the property and visited multiple times before the wedding. Alex and Mike are AMAZING to work with and very accommodating. They allowed us to bring our pet dog and pig which really made our day. They really go out of their way to make your wedding dreams come true. Their wedding planner Sandra (on site) is very sweet and is always in contact for your needs. The venue has everything you need (lots of decor, dinnerware & coordination) which is included in the contract. All of the Eddie's staff was sweet and professional. Shoutout to the carpenter that built a pen for our pet pig. thank you! The rooms are beautiful & we loved waking up to an amazing breakfast hosted by Lea in the main house. Highly recommend the Ruby house for the boys to get ready in while the ladies are in the salon room. Our original hired wedding coordinator couldn't make the rehearsal dinner so Alex stepped in. He was very organized (brought a speaker) and made us feel at ease. We enjoyed a 3 day wedding from Friday to Sunday (Rehearsal dinner, Wedding day and a brunch). Alex and Mike were present for all events and would always check in with us to make sure we were OK. They really care and we are extremely thankful for them. We can not wait to come back and reminisce the amazing time eloping here with our family and friends. A big thank you to the whole Eddie team!

We honestly can not say enough about how spectacular The Eddie team is! From day one of our "we're thinking of getting married here" - to our big day yesterday! Alex, Mike, and their team of absolutely amazing professionals made the process so easy for everyone involved. Everything we had pictured for our wedding day, completely came through with the dedication and support that this venue shows towards their guests. Each Eddie team member throughout our time with them displayed great kindness, patience, commitment, and overall positivity towards our day! We had a key family member pass away three months before hand, and The Eddie was there for us through it all with big hearts and warm regards, it was a long journey for us to get to where we were yesterday, but once we walked in and saw the magic that The Eddie created we knew we could just breathe and have a joyous day. We loved every moment of wedding and our overnight stay in a beautiful room absolutely care and worry free, all because of the way that this venue communicates and cares for their clients! You will not go wrong by choosing this stunning venue!

From the first time my son, and now daughter-in-law, and I went to see the venue we just knew it was the spot. Not only is it beautiful, but having the capacity to house up to 20 people on site, was a real bonus; after I danced my feet off my hotel room was a mere 2 minute walk away! And it was lovely waking up to the smell of freshly baked croissants. Alex and Michael, and their wonderful staff, were hands-on when needed but not intrusive. Highly recommend The Eddie for any event!

Loved!!!! the fondue night.. and we will be back ;) as we have been doe 3 years now .. on behalf of HARTLEY real estate team we had an absolute blast ..shout out to scott for best French onion on the planet !!!
