Retro Suites Hotel

Our group of eight recently stayed at the Retro Suites, and we could not have had a more incredible time! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and large enough to entertain a few guests comfortably. The ambience of the hotel is truly one-of-a-kind—thoughtfully designed, stylish, and full of character. A special shoutout to Mike, whose hospitality was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall fantastic experience. As someone from the hospitality industry, I can confidently say that the Retro Suites is a gem. If you’re looking for the perfect little getaway for adults to relax, unwind, and enjoy themselves, this is the place to be. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

Such a wonderfully wonderful place. The room (and shower) was big, and sqeaky clean - comfortable Bed and lots of choices for pillows. Exceptional customer service (thanks Belinda and the man at the front desk at check out) and an unexpected, healthy continental breakfast. It's 10 minute walk from the train station, has a great cafe around the corner and a restaurant off the lobby. Thanks!

Staff are always so delightful and accommodating! They’re quick to come up to your room and assist you if you need something. Every time we stay, the rooms are clean and stocked with whatever we need. I absolutely LOVE that each room is a different theme. We love being surprised each time we stay! It’s located right in the heart of downtown close to so many local shops within walking distance. The artwork and furniture pieces all around the hotel are fun to walk around and explore! Things always get switched up too so every stay feels different. We can’t forget about Chilled Cork! We love dining in or ordering room service. The food is to die for! Best spinach dip in town!

I stayed here recently for the first time. I grew up In Chatham and had to come back for one night for a family event. I was really impressed how everything was and the room was amazing! It was very clean and comfortable and pricing wasn’t too bad for what you got. I will definitely stay again when I come to town.

Walls and floors are paper thin.. person upstairs kept us up till 2am walking around their room with squeaky floors. Room was clean and nice. We had to stuff pillows at the bottom of the main door, because the door was like 2inches from sweeping the floor and let so much light and sound in from the hallway. The night experience was less than awful
