Staff are always so delightful and accommodating! They’re quick to come up to your room and assist you if you need something. ⭐️ Every time we stay, the rooms are clean and stocked with whatever we need. I absolutely LOVE that each room is a different theme. We love being surprised each time we stay! ⭐️ It’s located right in the heart of downtown close to so many local shops within walking distance. ⭐️ The artwork and furniture pieces all around the hotel are fun to walk around and explore! Things always get switched up too so every stay feels different. ⭐️ We can’t forget about Chilled Cork! We love dining in or ordering room service. The food is to die for! Best spinach dip in town! ⭐️

We were gifted a night here for my partner’s work and I don’t think it will be a place we would recommend in the future but we may give it another try not near Christmas. Stayed in the Home Suite Home room which was so loud. You could hear everything above you and everything in the hall. There was a seating area just outside the door which got loud at times. It was a cute room I guess, not my style but not horrible but I can’t get over how loud it was. Not worth complaining to the desk as we were only there for one night but something to keep in mind in the future. May try other rooms at another time but when we have family down we will recommend elsewhere at this time.

Attended for Duelling Pianos. I combined it with a 65th surprise birthday. The staff was very accommodating in helping hide the cakes and reserving our tables. Thank you very much. All had a great time. Glad we heard Katie sing too

I travel for work a few times each year and this is by far, the most beautiful hotel in my tour. The rooms are chic, the location is perfect, the service is welcoming. If you're in need of overnight accommodations in or near Chatham, this is the only place to go.

Upon checking in I was quite excited to stay here! The way in from the back parking area is filled with all kinds of neat things to look at as an art installation. Check in was smooth. Went up to the Cowboy room and was impressed upon opening the door! The room was well laid out, the lighting was terrific! The kitchenette was well stocked and the counter was a great size. The washroom was very nice. The shower was very spacious and had two shower heads. There was a lot of space and a bench to sit upon. The water pressure was decent. The decor was appropriate for a Cowboy themed room. I will include photos. The night went south when it came time to go to sleep. The bed was as hard as a rock. But, the worse part was the bed was old so we felt like we were going to fall out of the bed. We got very little sleep. The room was anything but dark. The room was lit up like a Christmas tree! There was very little sleep to be had that night. We were quite disappointed. The railway tracks that vibrate the chair or bed when you are sitting is rather close and very loud. We could also hear music through the night coming from upstairs. It was loud enough to hear over our conversation in our room, but very loud in the hallway. The air con is quite insufficient for the hot summer that we are currently experiencing. We had dinner at the Chilled Cork. It was okay. We had the Two Can Dine for $70. Dinner was plentiful. We began with the spinach dip and it was yummy, but the pita triangles were very over cooked. I had prime rib and it was very overcooked, it came with risotto - which I apparently missed when it was mentioned. I have no idea why you would put prime rib on top of risotto. Hubs had mac and cheese with fried chicken - it was a LARGE amount. He enjoyed his dinner. Dessert was great - we chose cheesecake. Service was great. I might try it again, but, I am not sure.

This hotel puts Chatham-Kent on the map and sometimes you forgot you’re in Chatham! The uniquely themed rooms are second to none and you can’t forget about the scrumptious Chilled Cork restaurant with monthly themed menus. Even though I live in Chatham, I would stay here for the night as a getaway staycation.

There is quite literally nothing like The Retro Suites. Whether you’re staying for pleasure, business, celebration or weddings, I can’t recommend them enough. The rooms are incredible and the staff is like no other. We had the honour of staying here for our wedding night and they were sooo great to deal with. We will certainly be back! We also rented the room for getting ready in the morning of our wedding and they brought up some comfy chairs and stools to help with photos and hair/makeup. They are very accommodating!
